These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CupPredictor, including our website, applications, and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by weg.ventures ("CupPredictor", "we", "us", or "our"), [TO BE] incorporated in Virginia, United States.
By creating an account, purchasing a league, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CupPredictor lets people create and join prediction leagues for major football tournaments (currently the FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro Cup). Within a league, participants submit predictions for match results, knockout-stage outcomes, and bonus questions before each prediction deadline, and are scored automatically against the official results as the tournament progresses.
CupPredictor also offers a public league open to all users, an in-app shop for tournament-related merchandise and features, and related tools that may be introduced, changed, or retired over time.
CupPredictor is not a sports betting service, prediction market, or gambling product of any kind. Its sole purpose is to provide a simple prediction game that families, friends, or colleagues can play together — a game of skill and knowledge, not chance. Fees you pay go toward creating or joining a league (and, where applicable, expanding its player capacity) — they are not stakes, wagers, or bets, and winning a league does not entitle you to a cash payout or prize from CupPredictor. Competing in a league earns you a position on that league's leaderboard and bragging rights, nothing more. If a league organizer chooses to offer their own prize to participants (for example, among colleagues or friends), that arrangement is strictly between the organizer and their league members — CupPredictor is not a party to it, not responsible for it and discourages it.
CupPredictor does not administer, collect, hold, escrow, or distribute any prize money, pot, pool, buy-in, or other funds exchanged between league members. Any such side arrangement is organized and settled entirely by the members involved, at their own risk, and any dispute about it is solely between those members. CupPredictor has no obligation to enforce, mediate, refund, or pay out on any such arrangement.
You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password. If you sign in with Google, your use of that sign-in method is also subject to Google's own terms.
When you create a league, you choose its name, tournament, size, and — optionally — a logo image you upload. You're responsible for making sure anything you submit (league names, logos, nicknames, answers to bonus questions, and anything else you post) is lawful, doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, and isn't abusive, defamatory, or misleading.
Predictions lock at the deadline associated with each match, round, or question. Once locked, predictions cannot be changed. Scoring is calculated automatically against official match results and tournament outcomes as reported by our data sources; in rare cases (postponed or abandoned matches, incorrect source data, or similar disputes) CupPredictor may adjust scoring or bracket resolution to reflect what actually happened, acting reasonably and as consistently as possible across all affected leagues.
We may remove content, rename a league, or suspend an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or to the Service.
Some parts of the Service require a one-time fee: creating a league, joining the public league, or adding extra player capacity to an existing league. All fees are shown to you, in full, before you pay. Prices displayed exclude the payment processing fee, which is added at checkout and shown before you confirm payment.
Payments are processed by [TO BE CONFIRMED] CupPredictor does not receive or store your full card details — [TO BE CONFIRMED] handles that in line with its own PCI-compliant infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for more on what we do (and don't) receive from [TO BE CONFIRMED].
These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — we do not automatically charge you again. Fees are generally non-refundable once a league has been created or a public league entry has been completed, except where required by applicable law. If something goes wrong on our end (a duplicate charge, a failed league creation after payment, etc.), contact usand we'll make it right.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
CupPredictor and its logos, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. You retain ownership of content you submit (league names, logos, nicknames), but you grant us a license to host, display, and use it as needed to operate the Service — for example, showing your league's logo to its members.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep match data, deadlines, and scoring accurate, but we don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we're not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in third-party match data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CupPredictor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue all or part of the Service at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Sections 3, 8, and 9) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Virginia, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to a different venue.
